About Rohit
Rohit Dedhia, Enrich’s co-founder and director, got his start in a family-run stationary business. He learned quickly and took on more responsibilities. Eventually the owner offered him a partnership stake. Rohit thought, “If I’m good enough at someone else’s business, why not start my own?” He left and launched several successful entrepreneurial ventures.
Years later, a mutual friend approached him and his future co-founder, Vikram Bhatt, with the idea to start a salon. They gradually grew from one location to over 100. Throughout, Rohit’s hard work and perseverance, critical thinking, and team building and people skills have been key drivers in the company’s growth and success.
