About Vikram

Vikram Bhatt, Enrich Salon’s co-founder and director of growth and strategy, got his MBA (Finance) and worked as a finance manager in several roles before becoming a vice president of business finance at Accenture in Mumbai.

One day, a friend approached him and his future co-founder, Rohit Dedhia, and asked for help starting a salon. Despite no experience in the beauty space, they dove in.

Over the next few years, Vikram ran the salon business at night and on the weekends, applying the best-in-class business practices and thinking from his day job. Enrich gradually expanded to over 100 outlets, becoming India’s largest unisex salon chain. After having “sailed in two boats” for most of his professional journey, in 2011 Vikram got the chance to focus full-time on Enrich Salon.
