About Sumant

Sumant Arora started his career as a PwC consultant, setting up business operations, supply chain processes and building complex integrated supply chain systems for offline retail stores. Project management and consulting stints at AstraZeneca and Reliance followed. In 2014, Sumant went to work for Amazon, spending nearly a decade with the company, working in category management, customer behavior and analytics.

In 2022, he joined Enrich as CEO, a role that draws on his previous experiences and taps into his customer-centric ethos. His vision over the next 10 years is to keep scaling a unique omnichannel beauty products and services business.
