About Prashant A.

Prashant has close to 30 years of experience in banking, digital imaging, fast-moving consumer goods and pharma industries, and has done multiple successful start-up stints. While working in a student loans division at one organization, Bhonsle realized many talented Indian students don’t even try to pursue higher education because they fear burdening their family with excessive costs.

In 2021, he started education fintech firm Kuhoo to provide online student loan products to students and parents without having to go to physical bank branches or be dependent on a parent’s income to qualify. Through his new venture, Prashant pursues his passion of helping make talented students self-reliant. In his free time he is a marathoner and fitness enthusiast.
