About Hashim

Hashim Khan, Co-Founder and CTO at Property Share, received his degrees in technology and aerospace engineering, and holds an MBA. His 20 years of experience in providing large-scale business solutions includes leading product development teams working on cutting edge software development, and heading large-scale business transformation for a multi-billion dollar conglomerate.

When he and his business partner got the idea for Property Share, the minimum investment for high-grade Indian real estate was between $1 and $6 million. Seeing an opportunity, they introduced the concept of fractional ownership, enabling investing in rent-yielding real estate with as little as $15,000. Hashim lives in Bengaluru.
