About Sandeep

Sandeep Gupta built Innovaccer’s go-to-market strategy from the ground up, developing a robust client base and improving customer retention. Trained as an engineer, Gupta holds an MBA in finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. His heart has always been in entrepreneurship, and in 2011 he joined Ingersoll Rand as a partner in its two-year Entrepreneur Creation Program. There, he and 15 other alumni developed business plans for financially profitable, India-based ventures. He later joined Abhinav Shashank and Kanav Hasija and co-founded Innovaccer.

Under his leadership, Innovaccer developed its proprietary data activation platform, which has unified patient records for over 39 million people and generated more than $1 billion in healthcare savings.

Gupta lives in San Francisco with his wife and two young children. He enjoys outdoor adventures, including snorkeling, and recently achieved his life-long goal of completing a 20,000-foot high tandem skydive.
