About Jean

Jean is a director at WestBridge Capital where he is able to apply his wide wealth of experience in the financial services sector to supplement processes and procedures at the firm. Jean has served as a director of banks and investment funds for over 30 years, including serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Standard Bank in Mauritius and DRC as well as Chairman of AfrAsia Bank Limited.

Jean has extensive experience in Risks management, Strategy and Corporate Governance having served of related sub-Board committees for many years. Jean has, over the years, developed a close relationship with relevant regulators. Jean successfully climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in 2016 and enjoys walking, cycling, and canoeing. He is an avid supporter of Liverpool Football Club.
