SKS (rebranded as Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd) is a microfinance NBFC focused on giving loans and insurance to low-income rural female entrepreneurs. The company also provides consumer durables financing across the country. It employs a group lending model, with borrowers guaranteeing each other’s loans, and conducts regular financial literacy workshops.
