About Chaitanya
Chaitanya R Rathi is from a middle-class family from Gwalior in the hosiery manufacturing business under the name “Rathi Hosiery.” In its seven years of operation, he witnessed it rise to a top suburban brand, and then eventually fall. This experience left its mark, later inspiring him to found a platform to help manufacturers become smarter in how they run their factories.
As an adult, his family asked him whether he wanted their help partially funding an MBA, or his startup dreams. He says, “and that’s how I never got my MBA.”
Chaitanya is Bijnis Co-Founder and COO. He received his economics degree from Delhi University.
