About Bibhu Prasad

Bibhu grew up in Bhubaneswar along with his two other co-founders. As an undergraduate, he came across the Pulitzer prize-winning book, “Lords of Finance.” Ever since, he’s been deeply fascinated by and involved in the field. He is a certified CFA.

Bibhu worked as an analyst with Credit Suisse and a consultant for Synergy Consulting advising clients on raising and syndicating debt for water and energy projects across the Middle East and Africa. In 2017, he and his co-founders started Propelld, a fintech start-up providing flexible education loans. His goal is to create a sustainable education financing model that creates win-wins for all stakeholders.
